"We purchased a bullfrog hot tub right before the Corona pandemic. This slowed things down a bit but when it came time for the installation we could not have been happier. Joshua and his team were professional in all aspects. The crane man he hired was respectful of our property. The installation went seamlessly. The team was very neat. We did not pick up a thing after they were done. After the installation we had a solid tutorial on the hot tub. The guys are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. The maintenance is much easier than our last tub. The interchangeable jet packs are very nice. We love the tub and whole experience."
